PRE-SEASON CLINICS

Age Group: K-8th grade

Dates: Saturdays from January 6 - January 27

The Pre-Season Clinics are geared toward player ages:

  • K-2 Great introduction to baseball and gets our young players excited for Spring!
  • 3-6 Designed to provide players with exposure to the travel tryout process. If your player wants to play travel baseball next summer, this clinic is a great opportunity to prepare.
  • 7-8 Exposure to try out processes and continues building on fundamentals in preparation for Spring evaluations. Players generally come with tryout experience so this clinic provides key reps going through actual stations in preparation for tryouts.

Over the course of four sessions, players rotate through the stations used during the tryout process and are taught the fundamentals to complete the skills effectively.

This clinic is essential for players interested in travel baseball and new to the tryout process or wish to get exposure to an evaluation environment.

Each of the players data will be stored for the players use and development.

Pitchers will do an initial evaluation of each type of pitch they throw and then develop a plan on how to improve each of these pitches. Each pitcher will have a private 1/2 hour throwing session on the Rapsodo with the instructor and then develop a plan to make each pitch the most effective they can for each pitcher.

Pitchers will warm up BEFORE their actual session starts so they are only paying for the time they are being evaluated on the Rapsodo.
