All refund requests must be submitted to info@pwyba.com.
- Refunds requested before evaluations/tryouts and/or teams have been formed will be refunded a 100% of the registration fee and the tryout fee (if applicable) minus a $20 processing fee.
- No refunds will be granted after evaluations/tryouts and/or teams have been formed.
- In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be granted solely at the discretion of the PWYBA.
