2018 Coaches

For the 2018 summer season all head coaches are required to complete the Trusted Coaches program OR the 2018 Coaches Registration through the PWYBA web site.  If head coaches have already completed the Trusted Coaches program in the past 3 years, they must complete the 2018 coaches registration through this web site, which allows the head coach to upload their concussion certificate.  Each head coach that needs to complete the Trusted Coaches program will be sent an access code from the PWYBA to waive the fee of the program.   To learn more about the Trusted Coaches program please visit

All assistant coaches coaches are subject to a national background check, have a valid concussion certificate, and agree to PWYBA coaches conduct policy using the 2018 Coaches Registration through the PWYBA's website.  A concussion certificate is required to be uploaded to complete the coach selection process.  Any valid concussion certificate used for PWYBA fall baseball or any other sport may be uploaded to complete the requirement.  Visit the "Concussion Training" page for information on how to obtain a concussion certificate.

All coaches are required to complete the 2018 coaches registration (unless you are a head coach completing the Trusted Coaches program this year).  Please click on the link below to complete the coaches registration. The registration will require you to enter contact info, agree to the PWYBA conduct policy, upload your concussion certificate and complete a background check if necessary.  Make sure you have your concussion certificate in a PDF or image format before your start your coach's registration.

Below are the phone numbers for the evening and weekend MTCE workers. These number should be used for emergency only (lights not coming on, irrigation comes on during practice or game).

Evening hours Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10:30 p.m.
Weekend hours 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Positive Mindset

Travis has a Master's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science with an emphasis on Sport Psychology, and played Division 1 baseball.
